The following is Marine Monsterz's privacy policy and is meant to inform you what information Marine Monsterz collects, how it is used and shared as well as the steps we take to protect and secure it. The notice is also meant to share how you can access that information or contact us with any questions or concerns that you might have. The information that you do share with us will be used for our internal business purposes. Marine Monsterz is not in the business of selling our users information.

Registration process under 13's
When a user initiates to enter our site, we will ask for the following
- Username name
- Password
- Parents email address
We will send a notification email to obtain permission and advice parents that their child is attempting to use our site. If the parent gives us permission by clicking on the provided activation link, the child’s account will then be active.
Why we may collect PI and need parent’s email address
- In order to create an online network for your children, we may need to collect some personal identifiable information from Parents to set up their children's accounts. This information includes users name, password, date of birth and email. We use the email to notify Parents about their children’s activities.
- We use email to send updates about our services.
- We use email to ask parents for feedback.
- We use email to send information to Parents about products and information that we think will be of interest. Parents can ask not to receive promotional emails at any time, and we will stop sending them email.
Data retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When you request to delete your account, all the information provided to us during registration will automatically be erased from our system. We do not keep any back log of this Data.
How Parents can Access their Children's Personal Information
In compliance with COPPA, a parent or legal guardian may request from us to review, delete or stop the collection of personally identifiable information relating to their child or any child in their legal custody who is under 13 years of age.
